These Terms apply to all users of the tg7715 platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who participates in games, promotions, or any other activity offered on the Site. tg7715 employs automated age verification systems and manual review processes to enforce this requirement. Any account found to have been created through misrepresentation of age shall be immediately terminated without refund of deposited funds, pending regulatory review.

• One account per person: Each person may hold only one tg7715 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

• Accepted payment methods: tg7715 currently accepts GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved online banking channels. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice and are displayed on the deposit page within your tg7715 account.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts may vary per payment method.
• Deposit processing: E-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are credited to your tg7715 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal processing time: tg7715 targets a 1–2 hour processing window for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) from the time the withdrawal request is submitted, subject to completion of any required identity verification. Bank transfers may take up to 24 business hours.

• Bonus abuse: Patterns of play that tg7715 determines, in its sole judgment, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure — may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may constitute grounds for account suspension.
• Loyalty program: tg7715's Bronze, Silver, and Gold loyalty tier structure is governed by tier-specific terms published on the Platform. Tier status and associated benefits are subject to change. Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire in accordance with the loyalty program terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account.

• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA, as amended);
• Attempting to reverse transactions through chargebacks, disputes, or payment provider claims while retaining winnings obtained through those funds;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or attack tg7715's technical infrastructure in any way.

tg7715 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling among its players. tg7715 recognizes that gambling can be harmful when not managed responsibly and provides the following tools and resources to all registered account holders:

Nothing in these Terms limits tg7715's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. tg7715's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

tg7715 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (which are illustrative and non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within the period specified by tg7715;
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with a deposit to tg7715;
• Threat or abuse directed at tg7715 staff or other players;
• Regulatory or legal direction to do so from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon suspension or termination of an account for suspected breach of these Terms, tg7715 reserves the right to withhold account funds pending the outcome of any investigation. In cases where a breach is confirmed, outstanding funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting tg7715 support. Verified balances not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to your designated GCash or bank account following closure.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, the application of a bonus, or any other matter relating to your tg7715 account, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Contact tg7715 Support: Submit your dispute in writing to tg7715 customer support via the live chat or email channel. Provide your account details, the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates, and any supporting screenshots or documentation. tg7715 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours.

All disputes must be raised within 90 calendar days of the transaction or event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the tg7715 Platform are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 above, or as otherwise directed by PAGCOR.

tg7715 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be effective upon publication on tg7715.org. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision date.

tg7715 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via the contact information on file. However, it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of the tg7715 Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
