2. Cease processing of all personal data associated with the account;
3. Delete or anonymize the personal data to the extent not required for regulatory reporting; and
4. Report the incident to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable licensing conditions.

Some of tg7715's technical service providers and game studio partners operate infrastructure outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to or processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines, tg7715 ensures that such transfers comply with the Data Privacy Act's cross-border transfer requirements, including:

• Transfers are made only to recipients in jurisdictions with adequate data protection laws, or;
• Appropriate contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses consistent with NPC requirements) are in place with the overseas recipient; and
• The minimum personal data necessary for the specific processing purpose is transferred — gaming session data shared with game providers does not include identity or financial data.
